Have you been studying astrology for at least a year?
Has your course finished (or about too!) and would you like more?
Due to popular demand, Kelly will begin hosting monthly Astro Club meetings again from July 2008.
Astro Club provides an opportunity to continue learning in a structured environment. A variety of topics is available to help you perfect and practice your astrology. Monthly classes ensure you stay in touch with what you've learned and continue building on your existing body of astrological knowledge. As a result, your chart interpretation and predictive skills will expand.
Astro Club meetings will be held monthly in July, August, September, October and November. Day and evening group times are available. If this sounds like you, please register your interest by email, (info@kellysurtees.com) including your preference for a day or night time slot.

Term 2 April 28 - June 29 - nb these are the term dates. Dates for courses are listed below.
Contemporary Astrology Level 2 6.15pm - 8.15pm Wednesday nights starting April 30 - planets, aspects and moon phases
Contemporary Astrology Level 6 A two day intensive May 4 + June 1 - advanced and traditional predictive techniques including solar arc directions, fidaria, antiscia and profections

Saturn In Virgo $15

A special lecture which delves into Saturn's depths to give you an understanding of what his transit through Virgo will mean for you.
Includes a guided visualisation on Saturn plus a summary of his qualities and influences to give you a deeper sense of your personal relationship with this wise old planet.

Covers Saturn's cycle, including his transits through signs on the mutable cross (Gemini, Pisces and Sagittarius). Gives specific info for Saturn in Virgo triggering natal planets.

Advanced Predictions $50

The ancient predictive techniques of fidaria and profections are covered as well as solar arc directions and solar returns. Ideal for anyone looking for something to add to their work with transits and progressions. Easier than it sounds and simple to apply, these older skills add depth and accuracy to your predictive work.

The Nodes and Eclipses $30

An Astro Club Session from July 2007. A great presentation on demystifying the nodes. You'll gain a greater understanding both of what the nodes are and how to interpret them in your work. Eclipses are revealed in all their glory with a brief discussion on what an eclipse is, how to recognise one in the birth chart and the use of Saros Series in interpreting them.

Death Lecture $20

All about death. Looks at different ways to predict death and how to determine periods of caution. Assumes a knowledge of progressions. Includes worked examples.

Saturn and Jupiter: Cycles of Maturity and Growth $20

How to use Saturn and Jupiter cycles to your advantage. Simple predictions that work. This presentation (recorded at the AA NSW May 2007) looks at the movement of Saturn and Jupiter through the birth chart, how these planets ground and offer growth and why making the most of now is essential. An interesting dicussion for beginner through to advanced students.

Relationship Astrology $30

A comprehensive overview of the easiest and most commonly used ways to determine relationship compatibility. Find out what it is you need from others, and then see whether those around can meet your needs. Longevity in relationships is discussed as we work through Synastry and Composite methods.

Advanced Chart Interpretation $30

This 2 and half hour Astro Club recording takes you through what makes an aspect important, how to determine how strong or weak a planet in the birth chart is - and how this affects the aspects it makes and houses it rules. Discover how to work out what the best planet in your chart is and what to do to make it work for you. Learn about personal relationship, work and money planets and what they have to say. We cover the nature of aspects, receptions, dignity and antiscia.

An Introduction to Retrogrades and Life Cycles $20

A basic level talk that explains what a retrograde is and how it might affect you, focusing on Mercury, Venus and Mars Retrograde. Includes a lively discussion on Astrological Rites of Passage - Saturn Return and the Mid Life Transits. A simple overview of planetary cycles is included. This CD is a great introduction to the cycles in Astrology. Great for beginners.

Progressed Moon $20

The talk lasts for approx 70mins and presents an overview of the progressed Moon, what it means and how it reflects emotional change in our lives. If you are studying progressions this will deepen your knowledge; if you have no idea about what the progressed Moon means you will by the end of the CD.

Asteroids $20

An intimate 2hr workshop on these bodies said to reflect the "four faces of the feminine". You’ll be introduced to the four primary Asteroids, (Vesta, Ceres, Pallas Athene and Juno) and gain insight into how they can work in the birth chart.

Relationship Astrology (techniques and examples) $30

A recording of a 2006 Astro Club session covering relationships using astrology. Techniques such as synastry and Antisicia are covered.

Transit workshop $50

A one day workshop one predictive astrology. Learn simple tools for making predictions using astrology. A must for any keen student of astrology. Planetary cycles are covered.

Arabian Parts $30

Described as the 7 pillars of the soul, these Arabian Parts describe the soul within the birth chart.
Inspired by a lecture originally presented by John Frawley this is a recording of a 2006 Astro Club session. The 7 key Arabian parts are discussed including how to calculate and interpret them and use them in predictive work.
